From: Paty Saternye, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: February 26, 2021 Rev. 1: April 13, 2021 Subiect: SUB202100018 Airport Auto Combined — BLA and Easement Plat The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following comments have been satisfactorily addressed (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 4. [14-302(A)(5)] Public Easements. The existing easements for Sprint/Centel and VA Power are shown as being vacated on this plat. Address the following: b. A deed of vacation will be required to be submitted, reviewed, and approved prior to the approval of this plat. Rev. 1: Comment not vet addressed. Address the comment. c. The Deed of Vacation must be recorded with the plat. Rev. 1: Comment not vet addressed. Address the comment. 5. [14-302(A)(5)] Public Easements. Stormwater Drainage Easements are proposed with this plat. Work with Engineering on any required documents for the stormwater drainage easement and stormwater agreement. Engineering will be the primary reviewer for the stormwater drainage easements and documents. All documents will be required to be recorded with or prior to approval of the plat. reviewed by engineering, and submitted with signatures prior to plat being approved. 13. [Comment] Comments from ACSA and Engineering are still pending. Comments from the other reviewers will be forwarded to you when available and must be addressed prior to plat approval. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. ACSA and Engineering have no objections. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may be found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final subdivision plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
