Andrew, just want to confirm that you received the 5 signed copies back from us — should have been delivered Wednesday last week. Also, I wanted to confirm that they were then filed with the County. Kevin, Assuming that you have them, what would be the next steps on approving the combination. I am trying to time a refinance on the property. The current bank holds two separate mortgages, one on 7080 and one on 7124. They may have an issue if they see changes to the property (they just don't get it even though I tried to explain). My husband and I are trying to put the two properties we own at 7124 and 7080 Plank Road back together. They were divided up when Portaferry Farm was divided some time ago. My husband has someone who was working to do this, and he said he submitted it to the county for approval, but we haven't heard anything. Would you happen to have that information?
