Subject: SUB202100052 TMP I I lA1-6, I I IA1-8 — Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA)
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following
comments, and those provided by other Site Review Committee, SRC, members, have been satisfactorily addressed. The
following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or
eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14-302(A)(9)] Building site. The building site note (Sheet 1, second note in the lower left column) should be updated to
state: "The revised/consolidated Tax Map Parcel contains a building site that complies with Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance."
2. [14-302(A)(10)] Development rights. On Sheet 1, the first note in the lower left column should be amended to state that:
"The revised Tax Map Parcel may not be divided once consolidation of Lot 1... ".
3. [14-302(B)(7)] Watershed. On Sheet 1, the fourth note in the lower left column notes that the South Fork Hardware River
Watershed is a water supply watershed, which it is not the case. Please revise the note to make it clear that this watershed is
not a water supply watershed. Possible phrasing could be: "Tax Map I I IA1 Parcels 6 and 8 lie within the South Fork
Hardware River Watershed. The subject property is neither in a water supply watershed nor an agricultural -forestal district."
4. [14-302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. No stream buffers are located on the subject property. As such, please remove the first note
in the middle column of Sheet 1 that addresses the management of stream buffers.
5. [14-302(B)(7)] Tax map parcel numbers. Provide the unabbreviated tax map parcel numbers for the subject properties in at
least one place on the plat.
6. [Comment] Burial sites. Please note whether there are any graves or objects/structures marking a place of burial located on
the property.
7. [14-302(B)(1)] Resubmission. Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision date(s)
of each subsequent version of the plat.
In accordance with the provisions of Z.O. 14-229 of the County Code, if the applicant fails to submit a revised plat to address all
of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily
