SUB202000228 Two Lot Division and Right -of -Way Dedication Plat
Dear Cameron,
We received your comments regarding the project above dated December 4, 2020 and updated January
15, 2021 and offer the following responses:
1. [General Comment] Please be aware that TMP 46-19B8 is subject to a recently approved plat,
SLJB202000189 that is creating the new Geeenway parcel. That plat will likely be recorded prior to
approval of SUB202000228. Please address the following:
a. [14-302 (A)(11)] On Sheets V2-V3, state the new greenway parcel TMP number and recorded
instrument.
Response: Greenway TMP and DB/Pg have been updated.
b. [14-302 (A)(11)] Update the labels for TMP 46-19138 on Sheets V2 and V3 so that they state the
recorded instrument number.
Response: TMP 46-1968 DB/Pg have been updated.
c. [14-302 (A)(4) and 14-302 (A)(5)] See Engineering Division comments; please only show
existing easements and provide DB/page number.
Response: DB/Pg have been added.
2. [14-303 (T) & 14-4261 Please add a note to Sheet VI stating "Parcels X & Y are special lots
established solely for public right-of-way and are hereby dedicated to public use."
Response: Note added on V1.
3. [14-316] VDOT review not yet complete, plat cannot be approved until VDOT has approved.
Response: VDOT approval received on 1-21-2021.
Engineering Comments
1. Please only show parcels and easements that are recorded, please do not show under
review or blank DB & PG numbers.
Response: Parcel with blank DB/PG numbers has now been recorded. Plat has been updated
accordingly.
