Charlottesville, VA22903 www.timmons.com April 16, 2021 County of Albemarle Megan Nedostup, AICP — Principal Planner Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: Keswick Hall Additions and Site Improvements SDP-2020-56 Letter of Revision Dear Ms. Nedostup: The follovdng is a summary of changes reflected in the Letter of Revision dated 04/15/2021: • Sheet C0.00: The Total Post Development Parking Provided total has been reduced from 141 to 139 spaces. The ADA parking total has not changed. • Sheet C4.02: Two (2) parking spaces have been removed from the parking lot. Due to the proximity of these parking spaces to large roots from existing trees, parking spaces were eliminated to preserve the trees. • Sheet 1-1.10: Landscape plans have been updated to reflect the removal of light fixtures along Full Cry Lane and the use of a double headed fixture in the middle of the parking lot. • Sheet 11.11: Lights along Full Cry Lane have been removed. Catenary poles have been rearranged next to the Hall. • Sheet L2.03: The cut sheets have been revised to reflect the newly selected fixture for parking lot lighting. "L4 Selux Avanza 600 Light" • Sheets LC_01 - LC_04: Site Photometric plans have been updated to reflect the revised light fixtures vdthin the parking lot area. The "HADCO PIMA on Custom Timber Post — Light L4' fixtures have been replaced with the'14 Selux Avanza 600 Light" as noted on L2.03. • LL_LT1.01: Two (2) fixtures were removed along Full Cry Lane. The arrangement of the catenary poles has been revised near the Hall. One (1) single fixture within the parking lot has been swapped with a double fixture, near Club Drive. • LL_LT1.02: A total of three (3) light fixtures have been removed along Full Cry Lane.
