We are pleased to resubmit the zoning map amendment application materials for RST
Residences. The project plans have been revised with the benefit of the suggestions and
feedback provided during the Planning Commission hearing on March 2, 2021, and as further
provided by Community Development Department staff during our meeting on March 24, 2021. A
summary of the project revisions is contained in the revised Application Narrative, enclosed.
