Attached hereto is a plat of Roudabueh, Gale E AseoCe.,
Inc., consisting of two sheets dated April 19, 1989, last revised
October 10, 1990, entitled "Subdivision Plat of Tracts I Thru VII
and out Parcels 1 Thru 3 Forest Lakes - North Area Near
Intersection U.S. Route 29 t St. Route 649 Rivanna District,
Albemarle County, Virginia" which is hereby recorded in the
Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County,
Virginia.
There is hereby dedicated to the Albemarle County Service
Authority a hydrant easement shown on Tract I and another hydrant
easement shown on Common Area, 0.376 Ac., designated as B-3
along Timberwood Boulevard. There is further established on
Tract IV a reserved area of 0.213 acres for the possible future
widening of State Route 649, but this reservation does not
prohibit the asking and payment of compensation upon th actual
taking of the whole or any part of the 0.213 acres.
Except for the hydrant easements dedications and the
reserved area on Tract IV, the attached plat is identical to a
plat of the same Tracts and out Parcels currently of record in
the -Clerk's Office of the circuit court of Albemarle county, in
Deed Book 1671 beginning at Page 493.
The name of Frank A. Kessler, general partner of Forest
Lakes Associates, has been signed hereto by Stephen N. Runkle, as
attorney -in -fact under power -of -attorney dated December 18, 1989,
recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle
county in DeedBOok 1082, Page 560.
