Our desired use of this suite is for it to be used for a Japanese/Asian Ramen Noodle & Sushi Bar restaurant for both relaxed sit-down dinning and to provide hassle free to go take-out orders. The previous life of this suite utilized the kitchen area as being open to public view and utilized walls (later referred to as herding walls) that were placed in such a way as to cause patrons to walk in certain directions causing the customers to pass by and view into the kitchen prior to arriving into the dining area.
