Thank you for your review of the Final Plat for Proffit Road Townhomes North. This letter contains
responses to County comments dated March 17, 2021.Our responses are as follows:
1. Road plan SUB202000055 must be approved before this plat can be approved.
Noted.
2. Deeds are attached. They must be returned signed and notarized with updated dates when the final plat is
ready for signatures/approval.
The Deeds have been submitted to the County on April 12, 2021.
