The deed that goes with the plat, because it is an ACSA item and theirs to review (not ours), is not required by the County before the plat approval. I believe Paty has indicated the ACSA deed is required prior to SPA - Paty, if we're able to save a bit of time and move forward with the process of issuing SPA, it would be much appreciated. As the clerk's office is operating on a "drop -box only" system due to COVID, not having to navigate the oversized plat recordation would be very helpful... That is more a question for ACSA (I've copied Richard Nelson on this email) and/or your lawyers. It needs to be recorded, but there are multiple ways to do the plat and deed recordation. It may be dictated by the way the deed is written. I can't speak for ACSA, I have not reviewed the deed to see how it is worded (since it is an ACSA document) and I don't know if your lawyers have a preference.
