Townhouse construction needs to be inspected and non conforming controls need to be corrected. Paved section of site needs to have road swept daily and large deposits of sediment cleared immediately. Try and maintain minimum of 50 foot clearance of trash containers from any drop inlet, same for portable toilet facilities. Basin is at capacity will need to be cleaned and repaired, stabilizing the entire site will help reduce sediment intrusion of the basin. Dewatering device needs to be repaired.
