White Gables — Final Site Plan (SDP202000077)
The final site plan for White Gables has been reviewed by Engineering. The following comments will
need to be addressed before approval:
1. WPO Plan (WPO202000055) must be approved before site plan can be approved. Rev. 1:
Comment not addressed.
2. It appears the proposed retaining wall goes through managed slopes, therefore it must follow
county code 18-30.7.5 - Design standards, which includes a maximum height of 6 ft. Rev. 1:
Comment addressed.
3. Signed and sealed engineering plans for the retaining wall will be necessary before final site plan
approval. Rev. 1: Comment not addressed.
4. Please show all proposed easements, such as SWM facility easements. Rev. 1: Comment
addressed. However, this easement must be recorded before final site plan can be approved.
5. Ensure all trees are at least 5ft. from storm drains. Shrubs are ok. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
6. Please label and provide a detail for the curbing on the proposed drive aisles. If there is no
curbing, please label the edge of pavement. Rev. 1: Comment not addressed. Do not see an
edge of pavement label or a curb detail.
7. Please note that parking areas shall not exceed 5% grade in any direction. It is unclear on the
grading sheet. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
8. Travelway between Pay. II & IV should be a minimum 20ft. wide. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
9. Ensure all parking spaces are delineated and labeled. Lines and labels appear to be missing NW
of Pay. II. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
10. Is there a proposed dumpster location9 Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
11. Rev. 1: Grass pavers are not allowed in the travelway per County Code 18-4.12.15 a.
