Thanks Adam. Any word yet from the District on the approval of the AM-E. I think that is the last item that we need
for the County to start signing the site plan.
Thx!

Scott,
I'm sorry that I'm just catching up to this. My email box is just not a good place for any time
sensitive submissions. I do not have any further comments and will be setting up a meeting with
Carrie to discuss before hopefully sending it to the District Engineer.

Just checking to see if this AM-E has been approved yet. The easement plats for the project were recorded
yesterday, and we have sent down the final site plan to the county for approval on the project.
Thx.

Thanks for the help on this AM-E request. Attached is the revised application, narrative and exhibits, based on the
feedback below. Let me know if you need anything else to process the request and approve the spacing
exception.
Thank you!

Hey Scott,
I have a couple minor comments on this AM-E. The AM-E form references only one spacing
exception needed when in fact you need three (one between both gas station entrances, gas
station to signal, the third entrance on this parcel to gas station and third entrance to neighboring
parcel to west. It's clear you want to simply request no changes from existing, but there should
be some more acknowledgment in the request of the existing shortcomings. Additionally the
spacing listed on the form is not reflected on the dimensioned layout plan. Please correct this
and consider using the plan sheet to detail the many spacing issues here.

Scott,
I hope you're well.
I'm beginning my review of the 2415 Ivy Road Commercial development FSP and noticed in the
comment response that an AM-E was submitted with the plan.
I didn't receive an AM-E and I've searched the County's server under SDP2O2OOOO44 as best I can.
Did you send the AM-E directly to VDCT or the County?
Respectfully,
Max
