Subject: SUB202100053 Brady Bushey Ford — Easement Plat; 2"d Submittal
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)4; 14-302(A)51 Who are the proposed easements being dedicated to? If the
easements are proposed to be dedicated to the County, the easements need to be labelled as
"dedicated to public use." Comment addressed.
2. [14-302(B)5] Under the zoning note on the cover sheet, provide the number of the special use
permit(s) that applies to these parcels. Comment addressed.
3. [General Comment] Deeds for the easements are required. A deed or agreement still needs
to be provided for the shared access easement between the two parcels. After discussing
with other Planning division staff, it would likely work to include a private improvement
maintenance agreement for this access easement with the shared parking agreement
between the two parcels, as one document.
