The match lines from sheets C3.03 to C3.04 do not appear to actually match and some proposed contours for SBI appear to be missing. Appears to be repeated on different page match lines as well. Please review and correct. 2. Underground utility lines are required to cross VDOT R/W perpendicular to travelway. The proposed Dominion Underground lines may not be approved as shown. 3. Proposed water line on Rte. 631 (Old Lynchburg Road) needs to be moved from under the asphalt area into the grassed shoulder of the road. This item was missed in the original review and will be corrected with this amendment. If further information is desired, please contact Max Greene at 434-422-9894. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
