Revised architectural elevations for buildings land 3 were submitted by the builder directly to Margaret for review and approval. The plans have also been included in this resubmittal as well. VDOT Comments: 1. A turn lane warrant for the connection of the private Wesley Circle travel way and the public Archer Avenue is provided with this submittal. 2. A note & detail have been added to the grading and drainage plan on Sheet 9, specifying the retaining wall foundations shall be constructed behind the public road right of way. 3. The marked crosswalks have been removed from the plan. 4. Sight line locations of eye have been revised to provide a minimum of 14.5' from the edge of travel lane. 5. CG-12's have been updated on the site plan to show the truncated domes detectable warning surface per Road & Bridge Standards. 6.
