RE: Keswick Hall Additions — Letter of Revision— SDP-2020-056 - Comment Response Letter
Dear Ms. Nedostup:
We have reviewed all of your comments from April 22, 2021 and made the necessary revisions.
Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering.
CDD Planning— Megan Nedostup:
1. Please label the bubble change on each sheet. Or provide a list of the changes on the cover
sheet and then reference those with the bubble. See below as example. The inspectors on site
will have a difficult time figuring out the changes unless they are labeled on the plans.
The cover sheet has been updated to include a revision summary by change. Each change has
been numbered and noted on the plan sheets accordingly.
2. These fixtures that are shown on the cutsheets are not full cut off. I believe this is just showing
which pole will be used, however an X over this would make it clear that we are not approving
this fixture mounted on the pole.
X's have been provided on Sheet L2.03 to clarify which fixtures have been submitted for
approval.
3. 1 do not see where the new light fixture will be installed on the plans. The label listed in the
table does not match any of the labels on the plan. Please clarify.
The table has been revised to note the new fixture accordingly.
4. Recommendation: Please make the bubbles on all plans red, so it is clear where the changes are
occurring. The landscape plans show black bubbles.
Revision clouds have been updated to appear red for clarification.
