comments remaining. ARB has pointed out spillover exceeds O.Sfc in some areas and ENG appears to only have one
remaining comment. I have followed up with ACSA and will forward any of their comments to you once I receive them. It
may be helpful to reach out to VDCIT again regarding the AM-E question. I don't see their response if they followed up

Can you review the attached exhibit. I was writing up the AM-E for this design, but I am not sure it needs a AM-E
exception. The posted speed is 35 MPH, so the partial spacing entrance requirements is 250 feet from intersection to
intersection. Based on the VDOT standards, the intersection distance is measured from the center of the intersection to
the center of the intersection. We have this required spacing, so I don't think it needs an AM-E.
Can you confirm.

Thanks for writing /checking. This is that rare instance: with land disturbance just under 10,000 sf (9,885 sf), Applicant has no
obligations under Chapter 17; beyond Engineering site plan review comments, Applicant need not coordinate any aspect of this
project with Engineering. Project does not require a VSMP /WPO plan, Grading permit, WPO bond, inspection, state permit, or
further coordination with Engineering. It is very reassuring to me that Cameron thought to suggest a nearly -always applicable

I have a question RE: SDP202100007 1680 Seminole Trl Auto Dealership (the former Hardees at 29 and Rio). Cameron,
when we went over this Plan together you suggested that we include the following comment:
[32.7.4.1] Prior to approval of the minor amendment, a Water Protection Ordinance (WPO) application must be
submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Engineering Division. See Engineering comments for further
information.
Now, as I am preparing to send these comments out to the Applicant, it appears John did not comment on a WPO plan
in his comments (attached). I just wanted to reach out for clarification since I am new to Plan review. Do they need to
submit a WPO plan for this Minor Amendment? Thanks so much.
