RWSA has reviewed the final site plan for 2415 Ivy Road Commercial Redevelopment Plan as prepared by Collins
Engineering and dated March 10, 2021 and consents to the proposed construction. All changes to the proposed work
from that shown in the drawings shall be approved by RWSA in writing prior to construction. RWSA reserves all existing
rights associated with its easements, including but not limited to its rights to access, construction, operation,
maintenance, and repair of its facilities within the easements, and such consent shall not be construed to modify or
prohibit any existing easement rights held by the RWSA, nor modify or increase its obligations, if any, to repair or
restore.

Thank you for your review of the 2415 Ivy Commercial plans. I am working to address your final concerns so we can
submit for signature this week. I believe there are two remaining items:
1. RWSA easement is not labeled and will need DB/PG number once recorded.
Please see the attached layout sheet from the FSP. The RWSA waterline, sewer line, and temporary
construction easements are now labeled and provided DB and PG number.
2. Per ACSA: RWSA will need to review the new sewer lateral connection if the existing sewer lateral is not reused.
We now propose a new 6" sanitary sewer lateral to replace the existing 4" lateral reusing the same
location and tie-in elevation to the manhole.
The attached pdf highlights the updates to the plan for these comments. Please let me know if you need additional
clarification or adjustment to the plans to address these concerns.

Thank you for your review of the 2415 Ivy Commercial plans. I am working to address your final concerns so we can
submit for signature this week. I believe there are two remaining items:
1. RWSA easement is not labeled and will need DB/PG number once recorded.
Please see the attached layout sheet from the FSP. The RWSA waterline, sewer line, and temporary
construction easements are now labeled and provided DB and PG number.
2. Per ACSA: RWSA will need to review the new sewer lateral connection if the existing sewer lateral is not reused.
We now propose a new 6" sanitary sewer lateral to replace the existing 4" lateral reusing the same
location and tie-in elevation to the manhole.
The attached pdf highlights the updates to the plan for these comments. Please let me know if you need additional
clarification or adjustment to the plans to address these concerns.

I have a couple minor comments on this AM-E. The AM-E form references only one spacing
exception needed when in fact you need three (one between both gas station entrances, gas
station to signal, the third entrance on this parcel to gas station and third entrance to neighboring
parcel to west. It's clear you want to simply request no changes from existing, but there should
be some more acknowledgment in the request of the existing shortcomings. Additionally the
spacing listed on the form is not reflected on the dimensioned layout plan. Please correct this
and consider using the plan sheet to detail the many spacing issues here.
