This letter will serve as authorization for Fast Signs; its expeditors, and installation partners, to obtain all necessary approvals for the manufacture and installation of signage as depicted in the drawings sent to us. Signage is approved as shown on the attached, subject to and pending all necessary City, Township, Municipality and related approvals, which Tenant shall obtain at its sole cost and expense. Landlord reserves the right to have it removed at any time and from time -to -time temporarily or permanently, in connection with any expansion or other construction affecting the building.
