I am writin to you as the agent for the Lake Reynovia Home Owners Association, located in Albemarle County. We have requested that Eagle Scout candidate, Emily Reisinger, build a footbridge over a drainage ditch in a common area here at Lake Reynovia. The common area is located at Lot 90D-A, not at 1500 Lake Reynovia Drive, that is the mailing address for our HOA. Emily sent a copy of the map showing the location where we want the bridge in one of the common areas. The HOA has requested that Emily get a building permit for the footbridge because we want to ensure that it is compliant with the County. The construction of the footbridge is going to be Emily's Eagle Scout project, ! o there is ric general contractor information to provide.
