Hello Connie,
I am the staff member in charge of distributing new site plan applications for review with County staff and our partner
agencies like VDOT and ACSA. This application was filed earlier in the week, and I've gone through a cursory review of
what is proposed. Technically this kind of work does not require approval of a site plan since the property is located in
the Rural Areas of the County. Therefore, the only application you are required to get approved is the Water Protection
Ordinance (WPO) application that is currently under review with us. The County Engineer sent his comments to you on
the WPO on Monday of this week.
So, please let me know if you have any objections to us voiding the initial site plan application. The fees that you paid
can be refunded, and I can provide you information on how to get the refund if you agree.

Monday was a submittal date for new Site Review Committee (SRC) applications. We received three SRC applications
and the attached list contains the staff assignments. Folders for each application have been placed in the office of the
lead reviewer.
The folder for the road plan application has been placed on Carla's desk.
The deadline for completed legal ads in County View is end of business Friday, April 30". The SRC
