This application was filed earlier in the week, and I've gone through a cursory review of what is proposed. Technically this kind of work does not require approval of a site plan since the property is located in the Rural Areas of the County. Therefore, the only application you are required to get approved is the Water Protection Ordinance (WPO) application that is currently under review with us. The County Engineer sent his comments to you on the WPO on Monday of this week. So, please let me know if you have any objections to us voiding the initial site plan application. The fees that you paid can be refunded, and I can provide you information on how to get the refund if you agree. Please let me know if you have any questions.
