Virtual Community Meeting Thursday, May 20, 2021
Dear Neighbor,
We, Shimp Engineering, on behalf of Victorian Properties II, LLC, invite you to share comments and ask questions regarding
our request to rezone tax map parcels 09000-00-00-035DO and 09000-00-00-035HO from R-1 Residential to Planned
Residential Development. The proposed 3.627-acre project is located north of Church of God Southside, adjacent to the
Avinity neighborhood. We request to rezone the property to Planned Residential Development to allow up to 85 units
to be constructed as a mixture of two-family, duplex, triplex, and multi -family structures. A conceptual layout has been
included with this letter. The site design features vehicular entry and exit from Avon Street Extended, pedestrian connectivity
throughout the site, and central greenspace amenities.
To help prevent the transmission of COVID-19, we invite you to ask questions and share comments about the proposed
project, County review procedures, and relevant regulations and policies of the County applicable to the proposed project at
a virtual community meeting. The virtual meeting will be held through an online video stream on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at
7:00 p.m. in conjunction with the 5th & Avon Community Advisory Committee meeting.
