SUB-2020-00021 — Road Plan Amendment
Review #1
Dear Mr. Wentland:
The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced Site Plan as submitted by Collins Engineering, dated
March 25, 2021, and find the following:
1. Appears to be a layering issue on sheet #7
2. New planting plan should be shown on the site plan.
3. A tree is blocking the path to the SWM facility.
4. Overland relief path for inlet #12 should be examined.
5. Please move trees a minimum 30' back from the intersection per B(1)-44 RDM.
6. Cross drains will need to be shown on the road and drainage plans. Please show where
the CD's discharge on both plan and profile view.
7. CD-1 maybe required at the entrance to Crimson Street due to elevation change from
approved plan.
8. Please provide a comment response letter with each submission after the initial.
