Below are our responses to the remaining comments on the road plan. Planning (Cameron Langille): 1. Comment acknowledged. 2. Width of the proposed Tilley Court right-of-way has been labeled on Sheet 3. 3. 'Tilley Court" has been labeled on all applicable sheets of the road plan. 4. Sheet 3 has been updated with callouts for the street trees to identify the species of each proposed tree. 5. A landscape schedule chart and notes have been added to Sheet 3 that identifies the street tree species, common name, caliper at time of installation, spacing, and quantity of each tree species proposed. The proposed street tree, willow oak, is on the Albemarle County Recommended Plants List. 6. Canopy calculations have been added to Sheet 3. 7. This note has been added to Sheet 3. 8. This note has been added to Sheet 3. 9. Comment acknowledged. E911 (Elise Kiewra): 1. 'Tilley Court" has been labeled on all applicable sheets of the road plan. VDCIT (Max Greene): 1. A waiver will be submitted for the project for the single entrance. 2. Plan has been updated to show a 3' grass buffer strip, and public right-of-way dedication behind the proposed sidewalk along Jarmans Gap Road. 3. Current posted speed limit on this section of Jarmans Gap Road is 25mph. This has been noted on Sheet 2. 4. Existing route numbers have been labeled on the existing conditions and layout sheets. 5. Location of proposed CD-1 and EW-12 locations have been shown on the grading and drainage plan, Sheet 4. 6. A 3' buffer strip has been provided along Jarmans Gap Road between the existing curb and proposed sidewalk. 7. Mill and overlay hatching has been revised to extend 2' past the proposed work within the R/W. 8. Road drainage structures have been revised to reduce pipe velocities below SO fps. 9. Drainage calculations have been revised to match the drainage plan and profiles. 10. Culvert headwater elevation has been labeled in both plan and profile views. 11. "Invert in" label has been revised on the culvert profile. 12. Proposed culvert pipe has been upsized to 24". Culvert headwater calculations have been shown on Sheet 9 and labeled in plan and profile views. 13. Comment acknowledged. Fire Rescue (Howard Lagomarsino): 1. The cul-de-sac has been shifted back 85' in order to meet the requirements to provide emergency vehicle access to all buildings/structures.
