The plats are being delivered to the county office building now for signatures (including a copy of the signed
affidavit and declaration).
Since they will need to be recorded in both counties, there are additional copies.

The County Attorney looked at the deed and they asked for the following revision:
• Please have the owner revise the beginning of the final sentence of paragraph 2 from "If either lot created .
.." to "If any lot created ..." Otherwise, the proposed declaration looks good to me. Thanks.
Please make that revision and email me a revised copy. I will confirm the change has been made and then we can
proceed from there.
