That plat will likely be recorded prior to approval of SUB202000228. Please address the following: a. [14-302 (A)(11)] On Sheets V2-V3, state the new greenway parcel TMP number and recorded instrument. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. b. 114-302 (A)(11)] Update the labels for TMP 46-19B8 on Sheets V2 and V3 so that they state the recorded instrument number. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. c. [14-302 (A)(4) and 14-302 (A)(5)] See Engineering Division comments; please only show existing easements and provide DB/page number. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way. The owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency land Use Section at (434) 422-9399 for information pertaining to this process.
