The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[General Comment] Please be aware that TMP 46-19B8 is subject to a recently approved plat,
SUB202000189 that is creating the new greenway parcel. That plat will likely be recorded prior to approval
of SUB202000228. Please address the following:
a. [14-302 (A)(11)] On Sheets V2-V3, state the new greenway parcel TMP number and recorded
instrument. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
b. 114-302 (A)(11)] Update the labels for TMP 46-19B8 on Sheets V2 and V3 so that they state the
recorded instrument number. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
c. [14-302 (A)(4) and 14-302 (A)(5)] See Engineering Division comments; please only show
existing easements and provide DB/page number. Rev. 1: Comment not fully addressed, please
see attached Engineering Division comments
2. [14-303 (T) & 14-4261 Please add a note to Sheet V 1 stating "Parcels X & Y are special lots established
solely for public right-of-way and are hereby dedicated to public use." Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
3. [14-3161 VDOT review not yet complete, plat cannot be approved until VDOT has approved. Rev. 1:
Comment addressed, see attached VDOT approval.

Dear Mr. Langille:
The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced Brookhill — Blocks 16 & 17 — Two -Lot Division and
Right of Way Plat, as submitted by Roudabush, Gale & Assoc., Inc., dated December 21, 2020
and find it to be generally acceptable.
A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way. The
owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency land Use Section at (434) 422-9399
for information pertaining to this process.
