To Whom It May Concern:
We are requesting a special exemption to rent our accessory apartment, that is above our
unattached garage, as a vacation homestay. We are under the five -acre requirement in the
county and as such would need a waiver in order to open our homestay. We do not live in a
developed neighborhood with an HCA whose rules would prevent us from doing so. Thanks in
