This Major Site Plan Amendment proposes expansion of the existing Subaru of Charlottesville sales/service building into the
parking/display are to the west of the building. There will be a slight decrease in site parking and vehicle display space. A
major amendment is required because the project requires ARB/EC review and approval.

as the case may be.
