ZONING DISTRICT: NMD Neighborhood Model District - residential (3 — 34 units/acre) mixed with commercial, service and industrial uses. Please be advised that due to the Covid-19 pandemic and efforts to maintain recommended social distancing, the Site Review Meeting listed on the schedule for June 10, 2021 will not take place. The comments will be available to view on June 7, 2021.
