Thanks for your comments on the Willis project.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments, dated April 28, 2021, as follows.
1. 1 have removed the ownership from the T.M. 80-75E reference. That was an over site on my part. We only
show the updated courthouse research adjacent to the boundary lines that we are surveying at this time. I
just forgot to remove that one from drafting the last plat.
2. We have this project tied to state plain coordinates and none of the property is within the flood plain. The
property lines on the GIS website are incorrect in that area. Please refer to SUB2020-1. Tori Kanellopoulos
reviewed the previously approved Rural Division submittal.
3. No flood plain on this property.
4. A revised date has been added to the plat.
Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know if it is ready for signatures.
