Dear Mariah,
We have reviewed your comments provided on September 23rd, 2020, and have provided
the following responses:
PLANNING
1. [Comment] Amendment. The sixth substantive change listed in the letter of request and on
the Cover Sheet for the site plan amendment states that the "sidewalk on the west side of
Building 2 has been moved...", however the plan maps show that sidewalks on both the
east and west sides of Building 2 have been relocated. Please review and revise the letter
of request and Cover Sheet to incorporate changes made to the sidewalk east of Building
2.
RESPONSE: The letter of request has been reviewed and revised to incorporate changes
made to the sidewalk east of Building 2.
2. [32.7.9] Landscape plan.
a. Provide an additional street tree to meet the requirements of Sec. 32.7.9.5 and
align with the Street Tree calculations provided in the plan notes.
RESPONSE: An additional street tree has been provided to meet Sec. 32.7.9.5. The
transformers are to be removed and are no longer in conflict.
b. Revise the Interior Landscaping calculations to reflect the relocation of trees that
were previously located within the parking area.
RESPONSE: The interior landscaping calculations have revised to reflect the relocation of
trees previously located within the parking area.

It appears the Landscape Plan map and the Planting Schedule do not align.
The Planting Schedule identifies 36 Willow Oaks are being provided,
however the plan map only shows 33.
i. Review and revise to align the Plan map and Planting Schedule.
(Please note that the same inconsistency was present in the final
approved site plan as well.)
RESPONSE: The plan map and the planting schedule have been reviewed and revised
to avoid future inconsistencies.
ii. If the number of Willow Oaks being provided in the plan changes,
all subsequent canopy calculations will also need to be revised.
RESPONSE: The canopy calculations have been reviewed and revised to include plan
changes.
d. There are areas on the landscaping plan where a line symbology typically used to
represent tree lines is present. Please review and revise as necessary. This
linework can be seen crossing Building 2, in the rear parking lot of Building 2,
and by the Radicans' Cryptomeria in the southeastern corner of the site.
RESPONSE: The original, existing tree line has been removed from this submittal.
BUILDING INSPECTIONS
1. Movement of the accessible parking spaces must meet the following: Accessible parking
spaces, access isles, and accessible route shall be installed in accordance with ICC ANSI
A117.1-09.
RESPONSE: The moved accessible parking space has been shown to be in accordance
with ICC ANSI A117.1-09. Per
2. Movement of equipment may require the installation of vehicle impact
protection, left up to inspector determination.
RESPONSE: Comment noted.
