DECLARATION OF SHARED PARKING AGREEMENT
On the 7th day of October, 2019, and upon the motion of William Johnson, Vice President,
seconded by Drew Holzwarth, Board Member, and carried by a majority vote of the remaining
members of the Board, the Board of Directors of Crozet Park, Incorporated (the `Board") by
this instrument hereby declares and agrees to the following:
1) that the building formerly used as storage and commonly referred to as the Radio
Building and located on Albemarle County tax map parcel number
056A2-04-00-00OA4, has been repurposed in accordance with the decision of the
Board as a Community Room for the Claudius Crozet Park (the "Park");
2) that the Park has more than sufficient parking located on Albemarle County tax
map parcel number 056A2-01-00-07200 to accommodate the requirements of the
uses of both parcels; and
3) that the Park agrees from here forward, and for so long as the Radio Building shall
be used and purposed as a Community Room, to allocate no less than 18 parking
spaces located on Albemarle County tax map parcel 056A2-01-00-07200 and
directly adjacent to Albemarle County tax map parcel number 056A2-04-00-000A4
for the exclusive use and benefit of the Radio Building.
