I am relatively new to Subdivision review so I had to run your questions by other Staff before responding. Yes, the plats you have attached are the plats that are ready for approval. You will need to submit 2 (two) hard copies to us printed to scale. Each of these will need to be signed by all applicable owners and notarized. Once we have the plat we will look it over one more time and then approve it, stamping and signing the Plat. We will then keep one copy for our records and we will return one copy to you for your records. Feel free to make copies of the approved version we return to you.
