Sorry, I am just now getting back to you. I am relatively new to Subdivision review so I had to run your questions by
other Staff before responding.
Yes, the plats you have attached are the plats that are ready for approval. You will need to submit 2 (two) hard copies to
us printed to scale. Each of these will need to be signed by all applicable owners and notarized. Once we have the plat
we will look it over one more time and then approve it, stamping and signing the Plat. We will then keep one copy for
our records and we will return one copy to you for your records. Feel free to make copies of the approved version we
return to you.

obtain notarized signatures on the plat as our next step.
I am planning on sending the attachments to T & N printing today. Double checking that these attachments are correct?
Also, it is my understanding that we are all to sign the same page, not to sign and submit 3 separate copies with party
signatures on each page.
Is this correct?
