Wyant, unmarried, party of the first part, and Thomas J. Moon, Jr., Margaret Breeden and George L. Durham, Sr., Trustees of the Monticello Wesleyan Church and The Wesleyan Church, Inc., whose address is 701 Mon Virginia 22901 parties of the second part, W I T N E S S E T H: That for and in consideration of the sum of $32,500.00, cash in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, said party of the first part hereby Grants, Bargains and Sells and Conveys WITH GENERAL WARRANTY AND ENGLISH COVENANTS OF TITLE unto Thomas J. Moon, Jr., Margaret Breeden and George L. Durham, Sr., Trustees of the Monticello Wesleyan Church and The Wesleyan Church, Inc, in trust for the use and benefit of the ministry members of The Wesleyan Church, incorporated under the laws of the State of Indiana as the Wesleyan Church Corporation, subje to the discipline, regulations and .appointments of said Church as from time to time legislated and declared, all that certain tract or parcel of land situated on the south side of State Rout 743 in Albemarle County, Virginia, containing 3.276 acres, more particularly described on plat made by Wm. Morris.Foster, Professional Land Surveyor, dated July 17, 1979, attached hereto and recorded as a part of this deed. Said property is the parce of 0.406 acre conveyed to said Bertha S. Wyant by deed of the Commonwealth of Virginia dated May 27, 1976, recorded in the Cle Office of the Circuit Court of said County in Deed Book 597, pag 225, and the tract described as containing 5 acres, more or less conveyed to Bertha S. Wyant by deed of $ertha S. Wyant, Executrix of the Estate of Joseph F. Sprouse, and Lessie F. Sprouse, widow, dated September 20, 1966, recorded in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 423,.page 56.
