Re: SDP-2001-096 Snows Business Park Major Amendment—Letter of Revision
Dear Mr. Wyant:
This letter is addressing the incorrect size of the planting islands in-between buildings A, B, C, &
D on SDP-2001-096 Snows Business Park Major Amendment, on Tax Map 90 Parcel 35X. As
stated in the letter, building B will need to shift to the south, towards building A, to obtain the
proper distance between the buildings for travelways. That shift should be no more than five (5)
feet. Due to the simplicity of the changes that will occur as a result of this request, it has been
reviewed as a"Letter of Revision" to the latest approved site plan, SDP-2001-096 Snows
Business Park Major Amendment.
The Department of Planning and Community Development has identified no unfavorable
consequences as the result of your proposal. Therefore, you are hereby granted approval to allow
the aforementioned planting islands. A copy of this letter will be forwarded to the Department of
Building Code and Zoning Services.
A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all subsequent changes to the plan are
required to be submitted in the form of a minor site plan amendment. This letter is the first (1st)
Letter of Revision applied to the Snows Business Park Major Amendment.
Please update your records to reflect the information that was submitted with your request and a
copy of this letter. The Planning Department will add this approval letter, along with copies of
the information that you submitted, to our file (SDP-2001-096). Please accept this letter as final
approval for your request. No further site plan submittal is necessary.

Re: Snow's Business Park
Dear Francis:
Attached is a copy of a small portion of the referenced landscape plan. I have
explained to the owner, Bob Snow, that he is expected to install the landscape
timbers around the planting beds between the front buildings as shown on the
attachment rather than as shown on the final site plan. The difference is the
shape of the beds and the size. The beds are to be 5 ft. wide and have curved
ends. Also, he was reminded that 20 ft. of travelway is required on each side of
the beds between the edge of the beds and the buildings. The approved site plan
may not be exact but it appears that building B needs to be moved to the south
several feet in order to get a minimum of 45 ft. between all buildings.
