The Albemarle County Planning Commission, held a work session on April 13, 2021, of the above noted. Staff presented
a proposed approach to update the Comprehensive Plan (Comp Plan) that would allow for a concurrent and phased
Zoning Ordinance update. The Commission provided initial feedback and supported the four phased approach to the
Comp Plan update. The attached presentation summarizes staffs proposed approach.
