The letter of revision proposes the changes as shown on the attached plan and letter dated 3-8-2021. The requested changes are shown on the attached graphics(twenty-two revised sheets from the site plan). There are no,other changes to the approved plan proposed. Only items listed in the letter that are also listed and clouded on the site plan sheets have been approved. This is the First(2nd) Letter of Revision for this site. Three(3)Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. A Third(3rd) LOR was approved on 3/9/2021. Therefore, any future changes must be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.
