This Notice to Comply is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: Seed all denuded areas as required by program Corrective Action: Seed and mulch as required by program Deficiency: Silt fence and seed all piles Corrective Action: As required, install proper controls Deficiency: No vegetative ground cover over majority of site Corrective Action: Seed and much denuded areas.
