Hi Scott,
Similar to the initial site plan, the fifteen day period to resubmit materials for this preliminary plat, per 14-422(E), ended
on Friday, May 21. At which time, the plat was deemed disapproved. I saw that revised materials were submitted on
Sunday, May 23. Can you please submit a new preliminary plat application and fee so that we can process this
application appropriately?
Again, looking over the revised materials, I recommend that you revise the plat to provide more information around
how the proposed density would be allowable on this property. I think that would allow the preliminary plat to be
deemed approvable sooner. As I mentioned in my email Monday, staff is only able to confirm a maximum density of 132
residential units on the subject property, whereas the plan is currently proposing 144 units.
