The need to replace the exterior siding and replace the windows that have been damaged by break in occurrences. With this improvement, there would be a visual improvement of the appearance of the building and appropiate landscaping. 2. Need of additional office space. 3. Need of a more secure place to store our records and tools which means adding additional area to our existing office. If we moved to another location: 1 . It would interfere with the manufacturing operation of the mill. 2. We would not have the control of in going and out going traffic. 3. Visitors would not be able to easily report to the office with- out entering the manufacturing zone. 4. It would be more difficult for the police to patrol. Example, at our present location, on September 6, 1988, a passing policeman spotted a suspect who had indeed broken in and vandalized our office. 5.
