The proposed development includes the construction of a 3,739 s.f. car wash with all associated utilities and park' - he development is compatible with the surrounding area and corridor based on the use, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to the dceign guidelines. The existing parking lot is in full view, making the existing site less attractive. If there are any issues that pose concern, we are more than willing to work for a suitable solution.
