Chris - Attached you should find the Certificate of Appropriateness(ARB) approval letter for your above-noted sign
application. A hard copy is in the mail as well.
While I have signed off on the sign permit(6201902049S)for the Architectural Review Board,you need to have the
approved sign permit issued to you. Normally our Intake staff will automatically mail the approved sign permit to you
once all the reviewers (of which I am just one) have signed off on it. Should you have any questions regarding actually
getting the approved permit, contact Buck Smith (osmith@albemarle.org or 434-296-5832 ext. or 434-296-5832 ext.
4504).

Chris—Our ARB approval letter for the above-noted sign application references a sign drawing date.The drawings
submitted with this application (see attached) have no date on them. Please revise to include an original date on each of

I have drafted my approval letter but cannot issue it and update our system until this is done.

Street SW (Signage Amendment Permit).The LOR was approved on the 26th, we're waiting for the ARB review and

I just e-mailed the last reviewing party(Service Authority) and included sheets you had provided with the sign permit
that may be sufficient for what they were requesting for the LOR.
Hopefully I'll hear back from them today and—if so—I'll be able to move this one along today as well.As it's Friday, I'd
say best case, next week barring no issues from other permit reviewers.
