The photo-rendering of the sign on the building is illegible. Revise the drawing to include a photo-rendering that is: a. Clear and legible showing: i. The sign at the required (reduced) maximum height of 20 feet. ii. Dimensioned distances from the top, bottom and sides of the sign to the edge of the sign band. This is to demonstrate that the sign does not overcrowd the sign band area. iii. Indicating which elevation this is on the building(front?). 2. An electrical permit for illumination of this sign was not included with this application. Revise the sign drawing to state: "This sign shall be non-illuminated." 3. Include a latest revision date on the sign drawing for these requested revisions. 1 Please respond by email within 15 da f the date of this email indicating whethE u will or will not proceed with these revisions. Your decision to make the revisions will suspend the 60-day review period associated with your original submittal. If you choose to complete the revisions,please email the revised drawings to me so we can wrap this up quickly. If you choose not to proceed with these revisions, staff will be unable to approve your application. Failure to respond to this letter shall be presumed to be a request to proceed to action on the application without further revisions.
