RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of this Special Use Permit with conditions.
UPDATE: The Planning Commission recommended approval of SP 2007-24
Emmanuel Episcopal Church on February 19, 2008. However, a separate action
on the request for a waiver from the zoning ordinance provisions to allow
disturbance of critical slopes was not taken.
The purpose of this update is to provide the Planning Commission an opportunity
to act on the waiver request that was addressed in the SP 2007-24 staff report.
Staff recommends approval of the waiver request.
