Thanks for the revisions, Kevin. I hope to get the ARB approval completed this week.
ARB approval is just one of the approvals required for the sign permit. Sign applications received for properties in the
ECs are (sort of) split in two.The permit gets routed for review by Zoning and other permit reviewers; and an ARB file is
created. The permit is also routed to me (or Khris), and we approve it once we've issued a Certificate of
Appropriateness. When all approvals are complete, our Intake staff issue the permit. If that's not clear, just let me know.
Thanks.
Margaret

Margaret,
Sorry to delay on answering this question...here is the revised tenant panel drawing that shows the background in white,
the lettersin black, and with a logo as you described previously.
Let me know if you have any questions. Will you issue a sign permit? Or will that come from someone else?
Apologies for the process driven question here but our owner/client asked us to apply for the sign permit given it also
went through ARB review. However, I've never really been the one to apply for a sign permit, and I'd much prefer the
General Contractor to be the owner of the permit. Not sure the best way to make sure the permit gets in the correct
hands.
Thanks,
Kevin

Kevin, •
I see that you have submitted three options for the Aldi tenant panel in the existing Albemarle Square freestanding
} sign.As proposed, I can only approve the panel with just the letters. The panel background must be Divine White and
the letters must be black during the day and white at night. However, I could approve a graphic (logo) along with the
background and letters as just described. Please let me know if I should approve the panel with just the letters, or if I
should wait for a revised drawing. If you have questions, please let me know.
Thanks.
