Hello, Wayne.
As we discussed on the phone this afternoon, some information is missing from your sign application. Once the
information is received, I'll be able to proceed with the review of your proposal for the ARB. (Other reviewers may request
other information.)You are welcome to email me PDFs of your updated sign drawings. Please submit the following items:
1. The $129 ARB review fee. This fee may be paid on line or in person. Please reference ARB-2021-30 when
making payment. Here is a link to information on making submittals at the Community Development Department.
2. Revise the sign drawing to include the following information:
a. General construction method and materials (for example, new aluminum panels on existing metal frame,
brick base to remain)
b. The depth of the proposed sign (the current drawing shows only the height and length)
c. Proposed sign colors (Pantone color#s are preferred; physical samples are acceptable)
d. Indication of illumination type (for example: no illumination proposed, or existing internal fluorescent
illumination t0 remain)
e. If the sign is internally illuminated, indicate the portions of the sign face that will be illuminated and those
that will be opaque. The backgrounds of internally illuminated signs must be opaque.
If you have questions, please let me know.
Thanks.
Margaret
