reservation of right-of-way on the lands of Lighthouse Lands, LLC TMP 77-9 Comment
Response Letter
Dear Mr. Perez:
We have reviewed all of your comments from June 27, 2019 and made the necessary revisions.
Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering.
1. [Recommendation] As currently proposed there are four plats each with multiple pages
all depicting various portions of the necessary easements over multiple properties. This
methodology of platting the various required easements increases the likelihood of
error and is difficult to review. In the next submittal, please include a locator map, as an
inset map, to indicate which areas of the development are shown by each sheet.

Per emails with Chris Perez 7/11,this easement is not necessary as Lighthouse owns 77-9.

on the plat. VEPCO must authorize and be part of this vacation.
Removed from plat,Vacation to be done by separate instrument.
4. [14-302(A)5] Public Easements. Revise note#6 as follows: "This plat hereby dedicates to
public use the ACSA Waterline Easements, the site distance easements, the fire truck
