SDP2018-70 Lighthouse Instruments—Final Site Plan
SUB2019-90 Lighthouse Instruments—Easement Plat
On the 27t''of August I received a revised easement plat(SUB2019-90)associated with the lighthouse instrument's final
site plan. Additionally, I received a few sheets of the final site plan(SDP2018-70)which have been revised and depict the
proposed changes covered in the easement plat. "See the attached updated sheets that show the sight distance easements
added 5'off the sight distance lines on the Lighthouse property. For the line west of the western entrance this did require
the two street trees to shift back a few feet. We also expanded the Landscape Maintenance Easement to be 12'wide in
that area to allow for those trees."These changes require VDOT review on both the plat and the site plan. Are you
willing to review these changes to the site plan and the easement plat electronically or do you require hard copies to
conduct your reviews?

I wanted to touch base on the Site P1 and Road Plan review. We have heard iliavid that he has approved the
VSMP plan and the Road Plan. Do you know when you will have your review complete for the plans?
I know the comment about Bonds and adding Deed Book and Page Numbers for recorded easements will persist, but my
hope is we will have pretty much everything else wrapped.
Also, any thoughts on when you will be able to review the plats just so we can plan it into our schedule.

Chris and David,
I wanted to touch base on the remaining items under review for Lighthouse,the Site Plan, Road Plan, and Resubmitted
plats.
Do you all have any estimation on when we will be able to get final approval or any remaining comments on these
items?
David,
We also submitted the Bond request form. Do you know when we will be able to get the final bond estimates so those
can be established? I am not sure if you got my phone message last Friday. The owner of parcel 77-9A would like the
sewer line installed ASAP so it does not disturb new tenants who moving in very soon.
You have approved the VSMP plans and we just sent the signed SWPPP over yesterday.
Once the bonds are in place and the easements for that property are received can they get the DEQ permit and land
disturbance permit to begin the sewer lateral work on that neighboring parcel while the Road Plan,Site Plan, and other
easements are being finalized?
