The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14-302 (B)(5)] Per Albemarle County GIS, portions of this property lie within the Steep Slopes Overlay
District. Please revise Note 1 to include "Steep Slopes — Managed" as an applicable Overlay District.
2. [14-302 (A)(15)] Please include the owner's address. According to Albemarle County GIS the owner is
"Green Clean Charlottesville LLC" and the address is 5215 Colley Ave Suite 109 Norfolk, VA 23508."
3. [14-302 (A)] Please provide a callout to the proposed easement clearly identifying and labeling it on the
Plat. As it appears now there is some confusion whether it is a part of the 20' ACSA Waterline & Fire
Hydrant Easement or the 20' ACSA Sanitary Sewer Easement.
